Cumberland Police Department responded to a business located in the 300 block of Frederick Street Saturday afternoon in reference to a theft complaint.  A store representative advised 43 year old Danny James Moore attempted to purchase two items with his debit card but he continued to enter the wrong PIN number so the card became disabled.  Moore became agitated with the store clerk and began blaming the clerk for the debit card not working.   Moore then threw down two quarters on the counter, took the two items and walked out of the store.  The value of the two items was $2.00.  He was charged with theft.
