Maryland Loses Jobs Again in May

The state of Maryland's unemployment rate increased in May once again. The figure has rose from 6.7 to 6.8-percent, the second month in a row that an increase in the rate has rose. According to WBAL News, the state lost 7,500 jobs in the month of May. Governor Martin O'Malley maintains that there are still nearly 31,000 additional Marylanders working than at the same time last year.
