This clown Michael Crawley has been arrested numerous times throughout state of Pa and Md,this guy must have the best attorney in the United States as he never gets any real jail time and just continues his drug trade. I never seen a guy get arrested so many times and still come out smelling like roses. Perhaps his most recent heroin drug delivery arrest in Westmoreland pa will keep him behind bars for awhile, but then again perhaps not.
