5:15 PM UPDATE: The highway was reopened after being shutdown for an hour.
INITIAL REPORT: Allegany County 911 has dispatched fire, EMS and police units to eastbound Interstate 68 for a vehicle accident.
Traffic is backed up in that area, and officials have shutdown the highway as of 4:10 PM.
We'll have further details when they are available.
