6th District Candidates Discuss Immigration

The four candidates for the U.S. House from District 6  have discussed issues ranging from education to foreign policy to health care during a series of forums held in the weeks leading up to the November 6th election.  Republican Amie Hoeber, Democrat David Trone, Green Party candidate George Gluck, and Libertarian Kevin Caldwell responded to questions. Immigration issues have been a dominant theme of the Trump administration, and its has been a topic of the sixth district campaign as well. Hoeber said the United States should be "warm and welcoming" to immigrants, who are more likely to be entrepreneurs, and families should not be separated. She says what the nation needs is true visa reform…
