On Tuesday March 25, 2013, Cumberland City Police served a criminal summons on Charles Grimm Jr., age 44 of Cumberland. The charges stem from a theft investigation at a business on Park Street that occurred on March 10, 2013. Investigation revealed that Grimm was observed by store personnel taking items and placing them in his jacket. Grimm then walked out of the business without paying for items he allegedly concealed. Grimm was served and released pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.

SUMMONS SERVICE
On Tuesday March 25, 2013, Cumberland City Police served a criminal summons on Kimberly Hoyman, age 36, of Cumberland. The charges were filed by a private citizen who alleged that Hoyman assaulted her on March 23, 2013 at her residence on North Mechanic Street. Hoyman was served and released pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.
