The 911 Memorial Ride will return to the Cumberland area again this year on August 16. Riders will use the same route as last year, entering Cumberland on Route 36, traveling down Mechanic Street before taking Frederick Street and stopping at Rocky Gap State Park. Riders are expected in Cumberland at approximately 8:15AM. Coverage of the event will be broadcast on WCBC.
