City water crews are attempting to find a valve to shut off water gushing from a fire hydrant that was knocked over as the result of a motor vehicle accident last night. The hydrant is at the corner of Williams Street and Lousiana Avenue in Cumberland. No parking signs are being put in place and city crews are on the scene.
