ACM Extends Registration Hours For Fall Semester

Allegany College of Maryland has extended registration hours for the fall semester at its Cumberland and Everett, Pennsylvania, campuses.

Located in the College Center  on the Cumberland campus, the Advising Center will offer extended registration hours Monday through Thursday from 4 to 6 p.m. through Aug. 16. The Bedford County Campus will host extended registration hours Aug. 8 from 4 to 8 p.m.

 

Academic advisers will be available. New students are required to meet with an academic adviser prior to registration.

Regular business hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

 

Online registration for returning students is available at allegany.edu. Students with questions are encouraged to chat online with ACM’s Information Center staff. Students may also contact the Advising Center to use GoToMeeting, a face-to-face meeting via the internet.

ACM is offering more than 260 day and evening courses at the Cumberland campus, 45 day and evening courses at the Bedford County campus and 70 online courses. The first day of classes is Aug. 20 with delayed-start courses beginning Sept. 17.

    Good decision to extend registration hours. This is especially good for students coming from other cities.
