Allegany County Public Schools released a statement concerning a Wednesday incident at Westmar Middle School:
This afternoon school administrators and the School Safety Officer investigated a threat at Westmar Middle School, which was deemed to be non-credible.
There was no danger to staff or students. The students involved in this incident will be disciplined in accordance with the school system's policy on student discipline.
