    It’s time for the incompetent leadership from the Superintendent and expensive “boys club” of friends in the HR department and “girls club” of Special Education to be completely replaced. Also, let’s ask how many schools are out of Special Education compliance and are using Title 1 teachers as “administrators” rather than teaching kids.
