The Board of Education of Allegany County has approved three additional drop-off sites for Washington Middle School’s Afterschool program. The additional drop-off sites are South Penn Elementary School, Maryland Avenue at Spring Street, and Shades Lane at Cole Street. The bus will continue to drop-off students at John Humbird and Flintstone Elementary Schools. The new drop-off sites will be implemented on Wednesday, January 29, 2014. If parents would like their child(ren) to ride the bus to one of the new drop-off locations or would like to enroll their child in the afterschool program at Washington Middle School, please notify Mr. Kevin Williams, Coordinator of Extended Learning, at 301-759-2403 or via email at kevin.williams@acps.k12.md.us.
