ALERT: Justice Urges Older Residents To Take Care With Church Attendance

West VIrginia Governor Jim Justice today announced five more deaths from COVID-19, mainly from elderly residents.

Justice noted that churches will reopen a week from Sunday, but encouraged elderly residents to consider taking a few more weeks of non attendance to err on the side of caution.

Outside of Hot Spot Counties, gatherings will expand to a limitation of 25 for congregations.

In regard to state revenues, Justice announced the April report was "terrible," with income tremendously affected by the economic shutdown due to Coronavirus.

    As Governor of W. Virginia I’m going to open everything back up. But please don’t go anywhere or do anything if you are older and might possibly die. It’s up to you, I won’t be held responsible.
