March 21st, 2017 by WCBC Radio

A suburban Pittsburgh man was injured by flying glass early Tuesday after a state police trooper fired a round through his windshield as he drove toward police. (Initial information from police stated the suspect was from Allegany County, Md. The Cumberland Times News reports that was not accurate and should have read he is from Allegheny County, Pa.)  Matthew Parrish Zoglmann, 33, was being sought by police after family members alerted authorities he had removed a monitoring bracelet and left his Brentwood Borough home with a shotgun. Family members said he threatened to harm police, Trooper Stephen Limani said during a press conference Tuesday morning.
