At Thursday evening’s Allegany County Commisioners meeting, Commission President Mike McKay read the county’s fiscal budget message. The current Allegany County budget is 0.7% smaller than the previous year with four goals in mind to maintain a reduced budget. McKay outlined the four goals, one of which being the lack of pay increase for county employees.
