The Allegany County Public School System will extend the third marking period of the 2015-2016 school year to allow teachers to post grades. It will be moved from Thursday, March 17, 2016, to Wednesday, March 23, 2016. The three-hour early dismissal with afternoon teacher work time on Friday, March 18, 2016, will remain unchanged. Report card distribution has been moved from Friday, April 1, 2016, to Monday, April 11, 2016.
