Ambitious Fund Raising Goal Set By Salvation Army

December 19th, 2019 by WCBC Radio

It’s been a little more than a month since the Salvation Army kicked off its annual bell-ringing campaign, sending out volunteer and hired ringers with bells in hand and red kettles in the biggest fundraiser of the year. Bell ringers are stationed at department and grocery stores throughout the area. Captain Ronnette Smith tells WCBC News that the campaign comes to an end Christmas Eve and an ambitious fund raising goal has been set…

Don’t donate to the Salvation Army! They uphold inequality, extremely homophobic, reject donations that don’t support their religious agenda, employees are discriminated against, they harasses the poor, support the wrong side of foreign wars, and encourage racism. The Salvation Army is a religious cult that intends to control others that they claim to help. Avoid those red kettles of discrimination.

Donate to the Western Maryland Food Bank instead! While some of their donations do make it to the SA they support many other LOCAL people in need than the Corporation known as the Salvation Army.

Very untrustworthy. Like trusting Disney with Star Wars. Rey steals the Skywalker name as Force Ghost Luke and Leia look on. Last shot is Rey and BB8 on Tatooine staring at the twin suns.

WOW, just looked at the Army’s web site. They sure do say all the right ((or wrong), depending on your perspective) things. Other than professing to be Christians (tongue in cheek), I am not sure what might be wrong with them.
