America’s 9/11 Ride moves through Cumberland

On Friday, just after  9:00 a.m., America’s 911 Ride, sponsored by the America’s 911 Foundation Incorporated, arrived in Cumberland, greeted by a small but enthusiastic crowd.  This year marks the 13th year anniversary of the ride traveling through the city.  The America’s 911 Ride  entered Cumberland via the Narrows, Route 36, and continued south on Mechanic Street turning left onto Frederick Street.  The riders will then traveled Frederick Street until reaching Naves Crossroads.  Once the riders reach this intersection  towards I-68 east to Rocky Gap for a brief rest stop. Total time of the Cumberland ride through was just under 10 minutes.
