In light of the recent tragic situation that contributed to the deaths of several abandoned dogs inside a Bel Air house- Allegany County Animal Shelter Management Foundation President Becky McClarran apologized for the organization during Thursday evenings meeting of the county commissioners. Complaints were received about this property from a number of neighboring citizens beginning in July- and McClarran acknowledges that the shelter mishandled the situation by failing to respond immediately to the calls.
