On Saturday, Cumberland City Police served a criminal summons on Tessa Harding, 19 from Cumberland, Maryland. The summons was issued as a result of a March 22, 2016 incident where Harding was observed by an Officer walking on the railroad bridge that connects from Ridgeley West Virginia to Cumberland, Maryland. The bridge is not for pedestrian usage and has clear No Trespassing signs at each end of the bridge. Harding was served and released pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.

CHARGE: Trespassing (2 counts).
