Another resignation for the city of Keyser

The Cumberland Times News reports that there has been yet another Keyser city employee resignation citing a “hostile” work environment as the reason. Bonnie Hannas, who has been with the city almost 12 years as payroll clerk, resigned Friday. During an April council meeting, Hannas along with former City Administrator Deborah Pamepinto made sexual harassment allegations against Mayor Randy Amtower.
