Arch Street Argument Results In Charges

October 25th, 2015 by WCBC Radio

Saturday evening, Cumberland City Police officers were dispatched to an Arch Street residence in reference to a disturbance.  Upon arrival to the scene officers contacted witnesses who advised that prior to the officers arrival a couple had been involved in a domestic argument but had since left the area.

While officers were still on that scene, dispatchers received a second complaint stating that the disturbance had moved approximately a block and a half away on Arch Street and was on going.

Officers responded to the second disturbance and contacted suspect Timothy Ryne Bohn, 27, of Cumberland who was still engaged in an argument.  Officers attempted to intervene and advised Bohn numerous times to stop yelling and causing the disturbance which was attracting the attention of neighboring residences.  Bohn refused to comply with officers requests and was subsequently placed under arrest.

Bohn was transported to Cumberland City Police Headquarters where he was charged with the following:

Disorderly Conduct – 1 count

Failure to Obey a Lawful Order of a Police Officer– 1 count

Bohn was processed for the above charges and released on his own recognizance pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.
