A 20 year old Cumberland man was arrested Saturday after City Police were called to the 300 block of Arch Street for a disturbance. Dez mond Deon Holmes had been able to briefly escape custody during the arrest. He is being held in lieu of $2,000 after being charged with possession of marijuana, resisting arrest, failure to obey and intoxicated endangerment.
