On 8/18/2019 at approximately 11:30 AM an officer from the Cumberland City Police Department observed a vehicle parked in the 400 block of Virginia Ave. During a routine check of the registration plate the officer learned it was not displaying the proper registration plate. The officer stopped and contacted two individuals whom were inside the vehicle. After speaking to the subjects the officer identified the owner of the vehicle as Garrett Michael Gray. Mr. Gray was found to have a warrant for his arrest. Mr. Gray was arrested and searched incident to the arrest. During the search crystal methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia was found on Mr. Gray. Mr. Gray was taken before a District Court Commissioner and released on his personal recognizance.

Charges – Warrant for Theft less than $100.00
CDS Possession not Marijuana, CDS Possession of Controlled Paraphernalia, and CDS Possession of Paraphernalia
