On Thursday, September 6th, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served several arrest warrants:
Justin Allan Nizer was arrested for violation of parole and a parole retake warrant. Nizer has been on parole since his release in August of 2016 and according to the Maryland Parole Commission, he violated conditions of his parole on several occasions in 2018. He was taken to the Allegany County Detention center held without bond.
Justin Allan Nizer, age; 39, Frostburg, Maryland.
Marcia Ann King was served two bench warrants for failing to appear in District Court for trial on August 2nd, 2018 to answer to possession of CDS charges. She was taken before the District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held on a combined bond of $2,100.
