The worst of Hurricane Sandy is expected for Monday and Tuesday in Maryland. Landfall is expected for the Delmarva Peninsula or further north in New Jersey. High winds are expected to wreak havoc with power outages and coastal residents are concerned with storm surges and many inches of rain.
