Billy Murphy, the local attorney who is representing the family of Freddie Gray tells WBAL radio that he is on the verge of calling for a federal investigation into this case because he considers it a signature case about what is going on in America. Murphy thinks the national dialogue could stand improvement about police brutality. He states that he's on the verge of asking for a Justice Department intervention:
