Baltimore City reportedly has reached a $6.4 million settlement with the family of Freddie Gray in connection with a wrongful death lawsuit.
The city's Board of Estimates is expected to approve the deal tomorrow morning. The money would be paid over two years, $2.8 million this fiscal year and $3.6 million in FY 2017.
Gray died while in police custody in April. Six police officers face criminal charges in connection with the death.
