Baltimore City Police Lieutenant Brian Rice was found not guilty this morning of manslaughter, misconduct in office and reckless endangerment in the latest trial related to the death of Freddie Gray. Rice is the highest ranking officer charged in the case, during which prosecutors have been unable to get a guilty verdict.
