Baltimore man charged with drug dealing arrested in LaVale

On Wednesday members of the Allegany County Narcotics Task Force, with the assistance of the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office and Cumberland Police Departments C.E.R.T. Team, arrested Antonio Dwayn Henderson-Gill, 24, Baltimore, in the 1200 block of National Hwy Lavale, MD.

Henderson-Gill has been the subject of an ongoing investigation for the distribution of heroin and fentanyl in Allegany County.  On February 16, 2018 the Allegany County Narcotics Task Force also arrested Henderson-Gill for Possession with Intent to distribute fentanyl, CDS Possession Large Amount, along with numerous similar charges.  Henderson-Gill was initially held without bail.  Henderson-Gill was later issued a bail of $50,000, which he posted and was released. 

 

The Allegany County Narcotics Task Force continued their investigation into Henderson-Gill after his release.  On August 15, 2018 Henderson-Gill was arrested in the 1200 black of National Hwy, Lavale, MD.  

 

As a result of the continued investigation, Henderson-Gill was charged with the following:

 

-       CDS POSS W/INT TO DIST

-       CDS DIST-NARC

-       CDS: POSSESS-NOT MARIJUANA

-       CDS: POSSESS-NOT MARIJUANA

 

Following his initial appearance, Henderson-Gill was held without bond. Henderson-Gill was also found to have an active arrest warrant.

    When will the drug dealers learn not to mess with the Cumberland Police Dept? The CPD team cares about their town and they will do what is needed to take drug dealers down. Thank you CPDTeam.
