WBAL Radio is reporting that a 13-year-old boy is the latest homicide victim in Baltimore.
City Police say the teen was one of two people found shot and wounded in the 900 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, at around 1:30 AM Saturday.
Police say the other gunshot victim was a 21-year-old man and that both victims were taken to area hospitals.
13-year-old Deandre Barnes was pronounced dead at Shock Trauma shortly after he arrived.
