Baltimore to Use Surveillance Plane to Fight Violence

Baltimore City Police Commissioner Michael Harrison has announced a 2020 pilot program that will use surveillance plane in the city to help solve and deter violent crime. Harrison says there will be a series of public hearings for residents to voice their concerns and ask questions about the program before it goes into effect in May 2020.
