Congressman Roscoe Bartlett met with Governor Martin O'Malley last week to discuss the redrawing of District 6. Bartlett, a Republican, expressed concern with losing some of his traditional constituents and picking up voters in Montgomery County. The Democrats have targeted the sixth district to pick up a Congressional seat in next year's election.
