Bartlett Says He Will Not Drop Out of Race

Sixth District Congressman Roscoe Bartlett refutes speculation that he will drop out of the race before next year's election.  Speaking to the Hagerstown Herald Mail, the Republican from Frederick County said he plans to be elected to his 11th term.  Speculation has continued due to poor fundraising and the redrawn district boundaries which will include more Democrats from Montgomery County.
