Plans for a bike lane along Frederick Street may go a long way toward solving some of the longtime speeding issues that have been a safety concern for residents there. During the most recent meeting of the Cumberland Mayor and City Council, Ronald Middleton of 1808 Frederick Street said that the speeding issue is getting out of control, and seemingly more dangerous- and he urged the city officials to get involved.
