Although once again receiving only maintenance of effort dollars from the county- the Board of Education’s fiscal picture has improved somewhat thanks in large part to additional funding from the state. The Allegany County Commissioners will conduct a third and final budget hearing next week and will adopt the FY 2018 budget June 1st.
