A body was found at the mouth of the North East River in Maryland Tuesday morning and it is presumed to be a Millersville man who went missing Sunday while boating in Cecil County, an official said.Candy Thomson, spokeswoman for the Maryland Natural Resources Police, said the body was found in shallow water between 5 and 12 feet deep at 7:45 a.m. She said no positive identification of the body has been made.
