Just three weeks before the November election- and Robert Farrell remains in the unique position as running for a seat on a board that he is suing. Farrell and his wife Lorelee, both former employees of the school system have filed wrongful termination lawsuits against the school board and Superintendent Dr David Cox. While Mrs. Farrell passed away earlier this year, Robert’s lawsuit is still active. He had hoped the situation would have been resolved prior to the November election- but he told WCBC’s “Dave Norman Show” that it doesn’t look like that is going to happen…
