Bohn Says Hanna Wasn’t Part of Foote Resolution

Allegany County Board of Education vice president David Bohn tells WCBC News that he has concerns with a clear lack of transparency when it comes to the board’s legal representation on a number of levels. The primary point of contention centers on the attorney used by the previous board in December to assist in the process to draft a resolution asking that the state remove Wayne Foote from office for alleged misconduct. At the time, the board's attorney was Gary Hanna; but Bohn says Hanna has stated that he actually advised the board against persuing the resolution, and apparently had little or no role in drafting the paper work and “evidence” that was submitted to the state board of education…

    It’s nice that one of the three amigos admits he hasn’t a clue what is going on. Sadly he voted and made decisions based on not having a clue. Most of us see this as a bad thing. And they’re not even one month in . . . Wow.
