Officers responded to a residence on Bedford Street for a report of a subject who had been assaulted by a subject who showed up at his residence.
Upon the officers arrival they contacted the victim who advised that Timothy Ray Kesner had come to his house to confront him. He stated that when Kesner arrived at the house and knocked on the door. He stated that he didn’t answer the door so Kesner then threw a rock into the window breaking it. The victim stated that he then went outside when he was confronted by Kesner and punched in the face. A fight ensued until the victim was able to get back in his house. They advised that Kesner then left the area in his vehicle.
Kesner was stopped a short distance away and placed under arrest. He was transported to PH where he was charged and processed. He was taken for a Bond Hearing where he was released on his personal recognizance.
