911 says units have cleared the scene and US 220 has reopened.
INITIAL REPORT:
Allegany County 911 has dispatched police, fire and EMS units to McMullen Highway south of Rawlings for a vehicle accident.
US 220 is closed in that area at of 4:40 PM
