10:35 AM UPDATE: National Highway has jnow re-opened following fire fighting efforts this morning.
INITIAL REPORT: Allegany County 911 had dispatched fire and EMS units to apartment complex on Harold Street in LaVale for a working house fire.
We'll have further information at it becomes available.
