Allegany County 911 tells us that a large disturbance…perhaps rising to the level of a riot…has broken out at the Green Ridge Youth Center on Fifteen Mile Creek Road.
Numerous law enforcement agencies from both Allegany and Washington Counties are responding.
9:30 PM – No injuries reported. Allegany County Sheriffs Department & Cumberland Police responded to the incident…
