On 12/9/2012, Allegany County Sheriff Office responded to the 400 block of Vine Street in Westernport for a burglary complaint. Investigation led to a lookout of a Dish Network van. Deputies located the van on Philos Ave and the driver, Marvin Stump, age 36 of Martinsburg WV. A search of the van located the reported stolen tools. Mr. Stump was charged with 2nd degree burglary, 4th degree burglary and theft under $1000. He was held on $25000 bond by a district court commissioner.
