Burglary At The Wisp

On October 14th,  Maryland State Police Troopers and the Criminal Enforcement Division McHenry Barrack responded to Outdoor Element at the Wisp located at 296 Marsh Hill Road, McHenry, Garrett County, Maryland 21541, regarding a burglary. 

 

     Through further investigation it was determined that four black males broke into Outdoor Element and stole approximately $2,200.00 in clothing and store merchandise.  The four suspects were positively identified as Kavon C’Andre Rowley, Brandon Niamke Bishop, Mark Levi Washington and Jusu Jalarue, who reside in Garrett County.

 

     The Criminal Enforcement Division executed numerous search warrants in Garrett County resulting in recovering various clothing and store merchandise stolen from Outdoor Element. 

 

     Kavon C’Andre Rowley and Brandon Niamke Bishop were placed under arrest and transported to the McHenry Barrack for processing.

 

    Kavon C’Andre Rowley and Brandon Niamke Bishop were charged with Second Degree Burglary, Fourth Degree Burglary and Theft $1,000 to under $10,000.  Rowley was held on $25,000 bond and Bishop was held on $10,000 bond at the Garrett County Detention Center.

 

   Jusu Jalarue and Mark Levi Washington have not been located and have warrants for their arrest.  Anyone with information regarding their whereabouts please contact the Maryland State Police McHenry Barrack at 301-387-1101.
