The Allegany County Grand Jury recently issued an indictment leading to charges being filed against Carol Lee Myers, of Corriganville, 61, charging her with a single count of Theft Scheme Between $10,000.00 and $100,000.00. The resulting investigation determined that Myers, a volunteer concession worker, embezzled over $15,900.00 from the Mountain Ridge Band Parents Association from September 2011 thru December 2011.
