C3I Investigating Two Weekend Armed Robberies

Two armed robberies in the area the highlights of a busy weekend for local law enforcement. Saturday night two men entered the Cozy Inn in Bel Air demanding money.  Both fled the scene on foot. Police said the first suspect was described as a white male with long brown hair and a tattoo on his hand. He was wearing overalls, white tennis shoes and a dark sweatshirt with the hood pulled up. The second suspect was described as a white male, possibly bald, who was wearing dark jeans, dark shoes and a sweatshirt with the hood pulled up. On Sunday at approximately 9:30 pm a lone male suspect entered Powells Service Station in Lonaconing. He was armed and demanded money. He fled on foot in an unknown direction. The suspect was described as a male wearing a brown Carhartt jacket, blue jeans and a black ski mask. Both cases are being investigated by C3I
