The Canal Place Preservation and Development Authority is gearing up for some important down state meetings with the Maryland Board of Public Works- looking for approval for the Footer Dye Works project to move forward. The Authority, according to Executive Director Dee Dee Ritchie, has requested a time extension and submitted a Mid Progress Report for the Footer stabilization grant. A pre meeting with the BPW is set for late this month, followed by the regular meeting in early August…
