Mary C. Miltenberger wants City Administrator Jeff Rhodes, Mayor Brian Grim, and City Solicitor Michael Cohen removed from office or employment and also fined.
Miltenberger contends the ethics violations occurred when the City of Cumberland sold surplus real estate on at lease two occasions. The city listed the real estate with a company that employed City Administrator Jeff Rhodes' wife.
