Candidate For School Board Not Satisfied With Handling Of Teachers Inappropriate Relationships With Students

In the past 8 years there have been three high profile cases of a teacher having an inappropriate relationship with students- and each of those incidents occurred at Mountain Ridge High School in Frostburg. One of the candidates running for a seat on the Allegany County Board of Education says he is not satisfied with how these matters have been handled- and believes there are still some unanswered questions.     Meanwhile, a wrestling coach at Northern Garrett was arrested 10 days ago for having a relationship with a 16 year old girl and yet nothing has been printed. At least Allegany County BOE doesn’t try to squash everything.
